Shipping instructions
This page bundles the shipping rules: which carrier we use when, how to create a shipment manually, and which fixed details you need. Creating labels within the normal process is covered in the Packing manual — this page is about the choices and exceptions around it.
Which carrier when
- DPD — the default choice, created via Picqer.
- UPS — for countries outside the EU, or when DPD is not available. Created via the webshop (WooCommerce).
- Within the EU we ship to Finland and Romania with UPS by default.
For UPS Express we use UPS Express Saver exclusively, in all countries. For standard shipping use UPS Expedited or UPS Standard.

Creating a UPS shipment manually
Sometimes an order has to be processed manually via ups.com.
- Log in and go to Ship → Create a shipment.
- Fill in the destination country first, only then all other delivery details.
- Fill in the package information: weight and dimensions. Nothing else needs to be filled in on this page. Never enter a package value — leave that field blank.
- Choose the shipping method based on what the customer chose or what was agreed:
- Express → UPS Express Saver (all countries).
- Standard → UPS Expedited or UPS Standard.
Does the manual creation get stuck, or does something not match? Report it to the Warehouse Manager before you send the shipment.
