About our company
This page captures who we are, why our company exist, where we are headed, and the core values that guide how we work together every day. It is the foundation that the rest of this handbook builds on.
Who we are
We are a specialist supplier of spare parts for Japanese compact tractors and their engines. We carry parts for the well-known Japanese brands — Iseki, Kubota, Yanmar, Shibaura, Hinomoto and Mitsubishi — and we ship them worldwide from our own warehouse.
We run two stores side by side:
- Shop4Trac — our consumer-facing shop, with 10,000+ products in our own warehouse and same-day shipping at sharp rates. It is the original business and the brand customers know from our YouTube videos.
- Snel Parts — our business-customer shop. Snel Parts grew out of the success of Shop4Trac to offer the right price to business customers, who get exclusive access and extra discounts through a dedicated business account.
We care about the details — down to the thickness of a head gasket or the aluminium alloy in a piston — and we test components such as pressure plates and clutch friction materials, because there is a lot of quality difference between parts on the market and that quality is too often not checked.
Our history
In 2010 Ricardo started selling Iseki and Kubota compact tractors imported from Japan. Owners of other brands — Shibaura, Yanmar, Kioti, Hinomoto, Mitsubishi and Gutbrod — came to us for maintenance. We sold these tractors across Europe: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland and especially Germany.
As we gained experience with the machines and our enthusiasm for parts grew, we began looking for suppliers who could produce to our quality requirements, and built ourselves into a reliable supplier with rates that work for both businesses and consumers. By 2022/2023 we had become known worldwide for the YouTube videos and the knowledge we share with our customers — and we continue that success today through both Shop4Trac and Snel Parts.
Mission
Finding the right machine parts should be simple. We help customers connect quality, price, and speed: the right part, at the sharpest price, delivered fast from our own stock so machines, tractors and boats can be repaired quickly. Our ideal is a clear storefront where the customer gets the right price without needing emails or phone calls — efficiency is the top priority. Transparency, from the first customer contact all the way to delivery, is the key to our success.
Vision
We are working hard on a strong positioning within Europe and beyond as the largest and most well-known supplier of machine parts, where the lowest price guarantee can be given. We want to keep growing our product range and our expertise so there is a suitable, properly checked part for every Japanese compact tractor — and to keep joining forces with the right business customers by buying in bulk.
