Ordering Thank You-cards
Order new thank you cards for the warehouse via Drukwerkdeal.nl. Use the shared Drukwerkdeal account from 1Password.
When to order new cards
Check the stock in the warehouse at least twice per month. Reorder as soon as roughly two weeks of stock remain, so there is enough time for production, delivery, and any corrections.
Ordering
- After logging in, go to Opnieuw bestellen.
- In the overview, you will see previously ordered cards with quantities.
- Check the language and desired quantity (usually 450 pieces) before adding the cards to the cart.
- Click Toevoegen en behoud ontwerp to keep the existing design.
- Double-check the warehouse delivery address (H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 6V3).
- Complete the order by selecting the correct payment method (usually iDEAL | Wero).
- Record the order internally, including date, print run, and language, and have Ricardo complete the payment.
Download design files
In some cases, the card designs are no longer available in Drukwerkdeal and must be added again. Below you can download the designs per language (PDF format). Always use the design file in the language that belongs to the cards.

Checklist
- Only order the cards through the shared Drukwerkdeal account (info@snelparts.com).
- Make sure you place a repeat order, not a new order where you have to configure everything again.
- Check the languages, quantities, and delivery address before completing the order.
